About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Trade and International Transportation Operations Lead to support its Orthopedics business at the new manufacturing site in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will be pivotal in establishing and maintaining robust controls for global transportation and trade operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a best‑in‑class operating model for all import and export activities at the Costa Rica site.
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align transportation processes with business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of Global Transportation and Trade Operations (GTTO) controls.
Required profile
- Proven experience in global transportation and trade operations.
- Strong understanding of import and export regulations.
- Leadership capability to drive process improvements.
- Ability to work on a new manufacturing site in an international environment.
