Territory Sales Manager

About the role

Victaulic is seeking a full‑time Territory Sales Manager to lead sales growth and market development in the San José area. You will act as the primary point of contact for distributors, contractors, engineers, and end‑users, delivering tailored solutions that improve project safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities and build strong relationships with channel partners.
• Present product and technical solutions, conduct demonstrations and training sessions.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate agreements and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, customer service and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory to visit customer sites and understand project needs.

Required profile

• Proven sales and territory‑planning experience, preferably in construction, mechanical or piping industries.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
