Technical Support Specialist – Level 2

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Level 2) to provide advanced support for enterprise platforms. You will troubleshoot production incidents, validate system configurations, and help maintain platform stability across application, infrastructure, and data layers.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex issues in production environments.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to implement fixes.
• Manage operational processes such as security certificate management, reporting, and environment validation.
• Provide 24x7 rotating on‑call support for customers and internal groups.
• Document incidents, produce performance reports, and track metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in application, systems, or production support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level).
• Detail‑oriented with disciplined documentation practices.
• Ability to handle multiple incidents simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and Power BI for operational reporting.
• SQL database querying and troubleshooting.
• IIS administration, web browser connectivity, and SSL/TLS certificate handling.
• Windows Server administration and TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Basic scripting with PowerShell and VBScript.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Client360.
