Technical Support Delivery Associate – Paradox (Tue‑Sat, 12‑9pm)

About the role

The Workday Paradox Customer Support Team is looking for a Technical Support Delivery Associate to provide excellent assistance to customers using Paradox solutions. You will educate clients on best practices, resolve product questions, and help them maximize hiring results while working a Tuesday‑Saturday, 12 pm‑9 pm shift.

Key responsibilities

• Case Management – troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues submitted through the customer portal.
• Technical Triage – identify system bugs and collaborate with Development and Product teams to fix them.
• Consultative Support – educate customers on specific features to meet their business needs.
• Knowledge Creation – write and update help articles and documentation for the Workday Community.
• Bug Documentation – document steps to reproduce system errors and create root‑cause analyses for critical tickets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience managing ticketing systems or support queues.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑support engineering experience for enterprise SaaS applications.
