Technical Project Manager – AI Talent Orchestration

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of global customers for HiredScore’s AI‑driven talent orchestration platform. The role serves as the primary contact during the pre‑launch phase, ensuring successful implementation, scope adherence, and delivery of key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding journey for new enterprise clients, conducting kickoff calls and Q&A sessions.
• Plan, govern, and monitor day‑to‑day project activities, including steering‑committee meetings and stakeholder reporting.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks proactively to keep deployments on schedule and within scope.
• Act as a solution consultant, translating client needs to R&D and product teams to maximize value from the AI platform.
• Maintain clear documentation of project plans, risks, and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing implementation projects for SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across global, cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
