About the role

The Technical Digital Content Architecture Specialist IV is a senior individual contributor who partners with product, platform, and data science teams to define, document, and govern content metadata, taxonomies, and structural models that power omnichannel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise‑wide standards for content metadata, taxonomies, and controlled vocabularies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into reusable content models.
• Act as the ontology centre of excellence, providing guidance to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Lead content analysis and specification activities that align experience solutions with enterprise standards.
• Facilitate digital production workflows in content management systems, ensuring efficient creation, release, and publishing of content.
• Identify improvement opportunities, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of best practices.
