Tech Lead – Sanity CMS (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead specialized in Sanity CMS to join our client’s engineering team on a remote, project‑based basis. You will work closely with designers and engineers, driving architecture decisions and leading large‑scale content migration initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of CMS migration strategies, including content modeling, data mapping and transformation.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Architect and maintain backend services, APIs and headless CMS solutions.
• Identify technical risks, define mitigation plans and guarantee data integrity throughout migration projects.
• Mentor engineers and enforce best practices in modern JavaScript ecosystems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles.
• Advanced English communication skills and a completed four‑year degree.
• Proven track record of large‑scale CMS migrations.
