Tax Compliance Analyst II

About the role

The Tax Compliance Analyst II will leverage advanced data analytics and automation tools to enhance tax compliance, reporting, and process efficiency for Kimberly‑Clark’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data mining protocols to extract and consolidate tax‑related data from ERP systems, SAP, tax authority websites and other sources.
• Validate and cleanse large datasets to ensure accuracy for tax filings and audits.
• Use data‑driven insights to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows and drive continuous process improvements through automation and standardisation.
• Create dynamic reports and dashboards for tax compliance and performance monitoring.
• Partner with tax analysts, finance and IT teams to align data strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• University degree or advanced coursework in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or related quantitative fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quantitative/analytical role and at least 2 years in tax‑related business functions.
• Proficient English speaker and local regional language.

Required skills

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as KNIME or Alteryx, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of data mining, data validation and data cleansing techniques.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and SAP for tax data extraction.
