Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full‑life‑cycle recruitment for both non‑exempt and exempt positions across the United States, acting as a strategic talent partner for hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of requisitions (20‑30+ concurrent) from job description review to offer negotiation.
• Execute sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter searches, cold calling, and passive candidate development.
• Prepare and coach interviewers, collect feedback, and conduct reference checks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future openings.
• Communicate proactively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques and explore innovative recruitment solutions.
• Represent Equifax’s culture, strategy, and values to external candidates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers and peers to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all Equifax talent acquisition policies and risk requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a multinational or Global Business Services environment in Costa Rica.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong professional communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume recruitment with minimal supervision.
• Deep knowledge of the Costa Rican labor market and talent availability.
