Talent Acquisition Analyst – Multi‑Country Recruitment

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for up to ten countries across the Americas, partnering with regional leaders to attract top talent for DHL SSC Express. You will design innovative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions and provide data‑driven insights that shape hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple countries, aligning with hiring managers on role requirements and business SLAs.
• Develop differentiated sourcing plans using market mapping, talent hunting and advanced recruitment tools.
• Provide strategic advisory support to regional stakeholders and maintain clear communication across multicultural teams.
• Track and report KPIs such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, and funnel conversion rates; create dashboards and executive reports.
• Conduct labor market studies, salary benchmarking and talent mapping to inform hiring strategy.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects DHL values and promotes DEI initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in regional or multi‑country recruitment, preferably within multinational environments.
• Proven track record recruiting hard‑to‑find profiles.
• Fluent English (C1) and advanced Spanish.
• Strong communication, consultative mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
• Intermediate Excel skills; Power BI preferred.
