TAC Engineer 1 – WLAN

About the role

The TAC Engineer 1 – WLAN will join HPE’s Aruba team to deliver pre‑ and post‑sales design, consulting and implementation services for enterprise wireless solutions. Working in a hybrid model, you will spend part of your week on‑site at an HPE office and travel to customer sites to provide expert guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end lifecycle services: planning, design, implementation, migration and optimization of Aruba wireless networks.
• Create customer requirement documents, high‑level and low‑level design artifacts.
• Develop installation and migration plans, including method of procedure and validation checks.
• Conduct lab simulations of customer designs and contribute to knowledge‑base publications.
• Deliver quarterly customer review meetings with technical status and recommendations.
• Travel to customer locations for consulting, training and business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 1+ years of customer‑facing consulting and network design experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask, work independently and interact with senior customer stakeholders.
