Supply Planning Analyst

About the role

The Supply Planning Analyst ensures that finished goods are available in the right quantities at the right time for the Costa Rica factory and external manufacturing partners. This role balances supply and demand, minimizes inventory, and optimizes production and logistics to meet service level targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of the supply planning strategy defined by the Planning Manager.
• Define and maintain stock policies and production schedules for finished goods, packs, and imports.
• Analyze supply patterns, lead times, and capacity to set optimal inventory levels.
• Collaborate with process owners, suppliers, export teams, and factory teams to align production with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate production planning to achieve required service levels and factory efficiency.
• Define, monitor, and act on KPIs to improve supply planning performance.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to prevent stockouts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in supply planning, inventory management, or production scheduling preferred.
