Supply Chain Project Analyst

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Supply Chain Project Analyst to support continuous improvement across its global supply chain. The analyst will work with cross‑functional teams to analyze data, develop models, and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall supply‑chain capability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic supply‑chain analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement models, strategies, and processes that optimize the supply‑chain function.
• Coordinate material and information flow among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.
• Source, order, and deliver competitively priced raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Manage master scheduling, order management, production scheduling, logistics, customer fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Partner with Global and Regional Demand Planners, finance, and marketing to shape forecasts and market intelligence.
• Maintain product master data in planning systems to ensure data quality for KPI calculations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Intermediate knowledge of statistical forecasting and data analytics.
