Supply Chain Data Analyst (Remote LATAM)

About the role

Insight Global is hiring a Supply Chain Data Operations Analyst for a 12-month fully remote contract in LATAM, with extensions available. The role supports a large-scale global supply chain operations program, covering day-to-day reporting, supplier engagement, data analysis, material management and operational issue resolution across several supply chain categories. The hourly rate is $15-$18 USD, paid monthly in local currency.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and analyze data from internal dashboards and tables using SQL, supporting recurring reports on delivery performance, supplier commits, Vendor Commit Dates (VCD), On-Time Delivery (OTD), purchase orders, open orders and other key metrics.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness, identify gaps or discrepancies and work with suppliers, General Contractors and internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve issues.
• Review supplier feedback on Commit and OTD reports, request clarifications, diagnose issues, coordinate with Global Supply Managers and Category Leads and drive open items to resolution.
• Support material management, purchase order issuance, change orders, ad-hoc data requests and operational reporting.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Planning or Supplier Management.
• Strong understanding of OTD, supplier commits, VCDs, POs, open orders and material readiness.
• Ability to work PST business hours.

Required skills

• SQL to pull, analyze and validate data.
• Direct experience working with suppliers to collect data and resolve open issues.
• Supplier performance and operational reporting.
• Experience with POs, change orders or material management.
• Nice to have: Python, Tableau and/or VBA; experience in data center, infrastructure, hardware or manufacturing supply chains; AI-enabled automation or process improvement experience.
