Supplier Quality Engineer – Orthopedics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to support its Orthopaedics business, which is transitioning to become the standalone DePuy Synthes company. The role will be based in Grecia, Costa Rica and will focus on ensuring the quality and compliance of suppliers that provide materials and components for orthopaedic products.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure supplier quality and compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Support the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business to DePuy Synthes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experienced Supplier Quality Engineer.
• Passionate about improving and expanding the possibilities of orthopaedics.
• Willingness to transition to employment with DePuy Synthes after the business separation.
