About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect you will lead the definition of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation and ensure alignment with sourcing efforts. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier tech talent, helping clients across a wide range of technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical support to meet client profile needs.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to identify the best engineers for each position.
• Participate in client meetings to understand the engineering profile that fits their projects.
• Work across multiple tech stacks, including web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay current on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates in various technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve time‑to‑market while ensuring feasibility of client requests.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Previous experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.
