Staffing Solution Architect (Remote)

About the role

As a Staffing Solution Architect you will lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation. You will act as the technical bridge between clients and BairesDev’s talent pool, ensuring the right engineers are matched to each project.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each position.
• Participate in client meetings to understand the ideal engineering profile.
• Work across multiple tech stacks, including web, mobile, QA, DevOps, and data domains.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates on a variety of technologies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve time‑to‑market while ensuring feasibility of client requests.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in software development across various programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
