Sr Delivery Manager

About the role

Moody's is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex technology initiatives that support internal business objectives. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple, concurrent technology projects.
• Define scope, requirements, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to all levels of the organization.
• Prioritize work, balance team workloads, and foster a culture of accountability.
• Guide cross‑functional teams, stepping into Business Analyst or Scrum Master roles as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical delivery or project management, preferably with new‑technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies for internal corporate systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; PMP certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, and SmartSheet.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and building intelligent agents to boost productivity.
• Basic knowledge of artificial‑intelligence concepts and responsible AI practices.
