Sr Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our Shared Service Center in Costa Rica. In this role you will support internal and external customers across invoicing, order management, quotations, and master data, ensuring a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service for invoicing, administration, order management, quotations and master data.
• Process and follow up on customer requests in line with division guidelines, collaborating with sales, distribution and finance teams.
• Become proficient in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and use it to track interactions.
• Deliver on daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets while participating in efficiency initiatives.
• Support cross‑training and temporary assignments across other customer service teams as needed.
• Maintain high data accuracy and quality in all relevant computer systems.
• Develop and deliver training materials for new joiners.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of customer service experience in a shared service center, multinational or office environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and capacity to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
• Self‑motivated team player with high integrity and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
