Sr. Analyst, Channel Operations

About the role

Baxter Healthcare Corporation is looking for a Senior Channel Operations Analyst to join its administrative team in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative operations, driving operational excellence through organization, attention to detail and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Determine and implement efficient administrative processes to optimize channel operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency
• Analyze data and generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision making
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
• Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion within the administrative team
• Implement new systems and technologies to improve operational capabilities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections or channel operations, with proven finance proficiencies
• English B2+ or higher
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and as part of a team, and pay close attention to detail

Required skills

• SAP proficiency is mandatory
• Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
