Sourcing & Procurement Analyst II

About the role

We are looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Analyst II to ensure timely delivery of materials to production, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost‑saving initiatives. The role works closely with planning, engineering, quality and sales teams to align supply with demand.

Key responsibilities

• Procure raw materials, equipment, consumables and services following established purchasing procedures.
• Gather quotations, evaluate bids, conduct cost analysis and award contracts.
• Coordinate material transfers between plants and maintain inventory at planned levels.
• Collaborate with production planning, engineering and quality to align supplier specifications.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct reviews and provide feedback.
• Prepare weekly risk‑material reports for management.
• Identify savings opportunities through make‑vs‑buy analysis, alternative sourcing and vendor evaluation.
• Support sales with Kanban/IPB forecasts and manage open order reports.

Required profile

• Experience with MRP systems and material requirements planning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure to keep production lines running.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven track record in cost evaluation, purchase quantity optimization and vendor management.
