Sourcing Manager

About the role

JLL is seeking a strategic Sourcing Manager to lead procurement excellence and support e‑commerce initiatives that boost operational efficiency. You will work closely with JLL sourcing teams, facility managers, and property management groups to deliver both immediate and long‑term value for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to design and execute sourcing strategies and supplier relationship programs.
• Conduct market trend analyses for specific procurement categories and provide actionable insights.
• Manage RFP/bid processes, ensuring compliance with JLL and client sourcing policies.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, partnering with Corporate Legal and Risk Management.
• Lead preferred‑supplier performance review meetings to drive continuous improvement.
• Support e‑commerce procurement initiatives and optimize digital procurement platforms.
• Set work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, especially V‑lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience using online bid and contract management platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience with RFP and/or Work Order systems.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Background in supplier relationship management and performance programs.
