Sourcing Manager – Facilities Procurement

About the role

The Sourcing Manager will lead strategic sourcing and procurement of facilities management goods and services for JLL‑managed client accounts. This role focuses on building strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving cost optimisation while maintaining service quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for categories such as maintenance services, janitorial supplies, HVAC, electrical and plumbing contractors, landscaping, security, office supplies and MRO materials.
• Run competitive bidding processes, RFPs/RFQs and vendor evaluations, analyse proposals, negotiate terms and pricing, and select suppliers that deliver best value.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct quarterly business reviews, monitor SLA performance and address service issues.
• Collaborate with site operations, facilities managers and technical leads to forecast procurement needs and align sourcing plans with budget objectives.
• Negotiate master service agreements, blanket purchase orders and framework contracts, establishing favourable pricing and service level commitments.
• Apply category‑management best practices, consolidate spend, standardise specifications and leverage JLL’s buying power for cost savings.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations and supply‑chain dynamics, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Ensure vendor compliance with insurance, safety, quality and sustainability requirements, overseeing onboarding and qualification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Procurement or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement for facilities management or related categories.
• Advanced fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to negotiate and communicate in both languages.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
