Source To Pay Manager – Procurement Transformation

About the role

The Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) Manager will lead and transform procurement and sourcing operations for the Americas region from Bridgestone Business Services in Costa Rica. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for building a world‑class shared services procurement organization, driving cost savings, process efficiencies and digital adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the procurement operating model within a shared‑services environment.
• Define and execute procurement transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish best‑in‑class sourcing methodologies, governance frameworks and procurement policies.
• Standardize, automate and continuously improve S2P processes across the end‑to‑end value chain.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for multiple spend categories and lead RFI/RFQ/RFP initiatives.
• Support contract negotiations, supplier consolidation and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify sourcing opportunities and achieve cost‑reduction targets.
• Leverage spend analytics to uncover savings and monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract utilization and approved supplier frameworks.
• Drive adoption and optimization of SAP Ariba, SAP ERP and other procurement technologies.
