Site Supervisor (After School Programs)

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Expanded Learning after‑school programs. Reporting to the Field Supervisor, the role ensures safe, high‑quality experiences for students while supporting teachers and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily supervision of program activities.
• Maintain safety standards and oversee compliance with district and program policies.
• Manage program quality, monitor student engagement, and address any issues promptly.
• Provide administrative support to teachers, students, and school staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the Field Supervisor to implement program improvements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 48 college units completed or successful completion of the NCLB test.
• Minimum three years experience working with youth.
• At least two years experience as a Site Coordinator or similar supervisory role in an Expanded Learning setting.
• Three recent letters of recommendation (within six months).
• Copy of college transcript and proof of high school graduation.
