Service & Interaction Design Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Service & Interaction Design Analyst to join its Experience Design team. In this position you will work closely with designers, researchers, developers and business stakeholders to create user‑centered digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive digital products by creating user journeys, sitemaps, interaction flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with Design Leads and cross‑functional teams throughout the design lifecycle, from discovery and research to usability testing.
• Translate user and business requirements into clear design solutions that align with UX best practices, accessibility standards and modern design principles.
• Prepare and present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to information architecture, interaction design and customer journey mapping.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in UX, UI, Interaction Design or related digital product design roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of UX methodologies, Design Thinking, Agile and user‑centered design principles.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
