About the role
We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica. In this hybrid full‑time position you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them travel smart and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Search, book and confirm travel reservations for clients.
- Interpret and apply client travel policies, providing expert advice.
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as DOT, TSA, passport and visa requirements.
- Deliver up‑to‑date industry information on fares, exchange rates and penalties.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry landscape.
Required profile
- Extensive experience as a travel agent.
- Strong understanding of travel industry policies, procedures and processes.
- Advanced proficiency with the Sabre GDS platform.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
