Senior Travel Consultant – ERM (Marine & Crew Travel)

About the role

The Senior Travel Consultant – ERM will serve as the primary point of contact for business customers, delivering expert travel advice and managing crew movements within a global, multi‑regional environment. This full‑time position is based in Costa Rica and welcomes candidates willing to relocate from India.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming travel requests via phone, email and other channels with speed and accuracy.
• Provide detailed travel information, up‑sell related products and ensure seamless crew rotations.
• Use GDS Amadeus and other travel tools to process bookings and resolve disruptions.
• Support team members, answer policy questions and act as a backup for team leads.
• Identify operational improvements and contribute to quality‑management projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore or crew travel environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 service setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated customer‑service orientation and problem‑resolution capability.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with GDS Amadeus.
