Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead large‑scale, high‑complexity projects across multiple business units. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure projects start strong, stay on track, and finish successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a holistic view of each project and ensure predictable, consistent delivery.
• Define project scope, create and maintain consolidated timelines, and identify dependencies.
• Establish governance, communication, risk, issue, and change‑control processes.
• Engage stakeholders, keep them informed, and facilitate timely decision‑making.
• Monitor progress against success criteria and adhere to the Infrastructure Delivery Lifecycle (IDLC) framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of project management or consulting experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or software.
• Proven experience driving large‑scale change and managing matrixed, cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools.
