Senior Technical Platform Specialist – Advertising Technology

About the role

Infillion’s Catalina CR team is looking for a client‑facing Senior Technical Platform Specialist to become the subject‑matter expert on MediaMath and other ad‑tech platforms. You will act as the first line of defense, handling Level 1 support cases and ensuring smooth campaign execution for our advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for MediaMath and related platforms.
• Support the setup, QA, and maintenance of online advertising campaigns, including creative trafficking and third‑party tag implementation.
• Perform data onboarding, product activation, and campaign QA.
• Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with product owners to improve platform stability and documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance client experience and internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• 2+ years of experience with online advertising technology (MediaMath, DoubleClick, Xandr, Flashtalking, etc.).
• 2+ years managing campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, personable and solutions‑oriented.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Python and SQL scripting.
• Web debugging tools (Firebug, HTTPFox, Fiddler, Chrome Dev Console).
• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF/COUNTIF, data analysis formulas).
• Understanding of RTB, DSP, DMP, and dynamic ad serving fundamentals.
