Senior Supply Planner (MPS)

About the role

Dos Pinos is looking for a Senior Supply Planner (MPS) to ensure efficient, sustainable supply across its production network. You will work closely with manufacturing, logistics, quality, demand, distribution and materials teams to keep product availability high and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adjust Master Production Plans (MPS) aligned with demand forecasts and operational capacity.
• Manage supply and inventory plans to guarantee product availability.
• Identify risks, constraints and improvement opportunities within the planning process.
• Generate analyses and key performance indicators to support decision‑making.
• Coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Demand, Distribution and Materials.
• Promote strategic use of planning tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, production, demand or material planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with results orientation.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
