Senior SEO Content Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Content Strategist to lead the organic growth of a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform. In this fully remote, high‑ownership role you will be the single point of accountability for traffic, rankings and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the full organic growth roadmap, including keyword research, competitive benchmarking and quarterly KPI targets.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives such as site architecture, crawlability, page speed, schema markup, Core Web Vitals and large‑scale local SEO.
• Write and edit publication‑quality, SEO‑optimized content that simplifies complex fintech and crypto topics.
• Conduct content audits to refresh, consolidate or retire underperforming pages.
• Drive digital PR efforts, respond to HARO/Qwoted requests and secure high‑authority backlinks.
• Monitor domain authority, link velocity and overall organic performance, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of combined SEO and content experience, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency or other regulated sectors.
• Proven record of driving organic traffic and rankings as both strategist and individual contributor.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge with hands‑on implementation experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills for complex financial topics, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Experience in digital PR and link‑building through HARO, Qwoted or similar platforms.
• Must be based in Latin America or Europe.
