Senior Security GRC Analyst

About the role

TradeStation is seeking a Senior Security GRC Analyst to join its Security Governance, Risk & Oversight (GRO) function. The role operates with autonomy, coordinating audit support, risk assessments, policy management, and security awareness initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate information security audit activities (JSOX, SEC, FINRA, NFA, NIST CSF, DORA), collect evidence and prepare documentation.
• Track audit findings, manage remediation, and maintain status reports.
• Prepare audit responses, control narratives, and testing evidence with control owners.
• Manage security questionnaires from partners, customers, and regulators.
• Support quarterly access reviews, IT general control testing, and documentation of results.
• Execute security risk assessments for technology projects and business initiatives.
• Maintain security policies, oversee incident response documentation, and run security awareness programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security governance, risk, and compliance within a regulated environment.
• Strong project‑management instincts and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and judgment to drive initiatives to completion.
• Comfort with leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
