Senior Security Engineer – Field Security

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Security Engineer to lead our Field Security function. The role serves as the public face of the company’s information security program, building trust with customers through assessments, audits, and security resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all customer security communications, including inquiries, incident notifications, and ongoing dialogue.
• Lead and coordinate customer security assessments and a scalable audit program, ensuring timely evidence collection and reporting.
• Support the sales process by addressing security questions and influencing the product security roadmap.
• Own and maintain the SafeBase Trust Center and other customer‑facing security assets, creating FAQs, whitepapers, and security summaries.
• Champion security internally, delivering presentations, enabling sales teams, and building a cross‑functional security champions group.
• Identify, implement, and improve automation tools to scale field security workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information security with a strong customer‑facing focus.
• Excellent ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, engineering, product, and sales teams.
• Track record of designing and operating audit programs and trust‑center resources.
• Comfortable communicating security concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
