Senior SAP FICO Consultant

About the role

Westernacher is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects for international clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, conduct workshops, and support the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and deliver SAP FI/CO solutions, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling and financial reporting.
• Integrate FI/CO with SAP MM, SD, PP and EWM to ensure end‑to‑end process and financial integration.
• Lead customer workshops, translate business requirements into functional specifications and project documentation.
• Support testing, cut‑over, go‑live and post‑go‑live activities, including defect resolution and solution stabilization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP FI/CO experience with strong functional knowledge of core financial and controlling processes.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least two full‑cycle implementations.
• Advanced English proficiency and a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa.
• Willingness to travel 40‑60% of the time, including international assignments.
