Senior Recruiter – US Market

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle hiring for the North America market. Based in a hybrid setting in Heredia, Costa Rica, you will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to design and execute strategic sourcing plans that attract diverse, high‑quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and business leaders across multiple units.
• Consult with managers and HRBPs to develop strategic sourcing plans and ensure compliance with corporate and government policies.
• Proactively source candidates from internal talent pools and external referrals to reduce time‑to‑hire and improve quality.
• Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies for specific roles.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and a completed university degree.
• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the technical sector.
• Demonstrated ability to source and close hard‑to‑find, passive professionals.
• Strong knowledge of external market practices and trends in talent acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience designing, implementing and managing recruitment projects and programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to build partnerships across various business functions and work collaboratively.
