Senior Recruiter – Data & AI Engineers

About the role

Lumenalta is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the acquisition of top‑tier Data and AI Engineers. The role will focus on sourcing, assessing and engaging candidates who combine strong analytical abilities with excellent business communication, supporting client‑facing teams across the United States time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for client‑facing Data and AI engineer positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source, assess and engage candidates with both technical fluency and the ability to convey insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience and act as a strategic recruiting partner to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably for Data, AI or software engineering roles.
• Proven success placing candidates who are data‑fluent and can communicate business impact.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
• Strong sourcing skills, especially for passive candidates.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
