Senior Recruiter (contractor) – Remote – Costa Rica

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join Workfully’s global freelance network. Operating remotely from Costa Rica, you will help independent recruiters connect with serious clients across more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and present candidates for a wide range of roles, including GTM/commercial, technology, pharma/life‑science and blue‑collar positions.
• Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from brief to offer.
• Collaborate with other freelancers on the platform, sharing candidate pools and best practices.
• Utilise Workfully’s personal ATS and CRM tools to track pipelines, schedule interviews and post jobs across multiple channels.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of recruitment experience in‑house or agency.
• Strong sourcing abilities and proven client‑management skills.
• Fluent English; additional local language(s) are a plus.
• Based in Costa Rica and able to work remotely.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
