Senior Quality Engineer – Manufacturing & New Product Transfer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead and support quality activities across manufacturing operations and new product transfers to production. The role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams and customers to ensure that quality standards, validations, and manufacturing processes are correctly implemented within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives related to manufacturing and new product introduction/transfer.
• Execute validations, audits, and quality assessments to verify process compliance.
• Develop and continuously improve manufacturing and inspection processes.
• Provide floor support during production ramp‑up and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare technical reports and support quality‑related decision making.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Strong communication and technical leadership abilities.
• Hands‑on approach with regular shop‑floor presence.
