About the role
Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer (Automation) to lead QA activities, develop automation solutions, and ensure high software quality. The role requires strong programming, testing, and technical investigation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead QA activities and define testing strategies.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
- Ensure software quality through robust testing and defect investigation.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- 5 or more years of professional experience.
- Strong programming logic and debugging abilities.
- Ability to investigate complex defects beyond the UI level.
- English proficiency at B2+ to C1 level.
Required skills
- Playwright
- JavaScript
- Python
- API testing
- SQL and database validation
- Git
- GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Automation framework creation and maintenance
- Jira or similar tracking tools
- Test management tools such as TestMU or Zephyr (desirable)
