Senior Proposal Designer (Sales Enablement)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level creative professional to lead the design of high‑impact sales enablement materials. In this individual‑contributor role you will partner with sales, marketing, and global creative teams to shape narratives, communicate value propositions, and support active pursuits.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end creation of pitch decks, proposals, one‑pagers, case studies, videos, and supporting visuals.
• Translate complex offerings into clear, persuasive, narrative‑driven sales stories.
• Take initiative on ambiguous or fast‑moving requests, advancing work without waiting for detailed direction.
• Serve as a trusted creative partner to senior stakeholders, helping shape direction and ensuring brand alignment.
• Continuously improve workflows, templates, and systems to increase efficiency, consistency, and speed.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in creative design and team management, preferably in sales enablement or B2B marketing.
• Strong judgment, high‑quality execution, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and fluency in English.
• Empathetic leader who inspires team members and drives creative excellence.
• Ability to balance process adherence with flexibility to achieve the best outcomes.
