Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

Experian is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, global implementations that improve seller and client experiences. This remote position reports to the Director of Global Sales Excellence and focuses on CRM migrations and related technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for complex, technical programs across multiple regions.
• Manage migrations and implementations of CRM, CPQ, CLM, and billing systems.
• Partner with business and product owners to secure alignment and drive change management.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Analyze pre‑ and post‑project outcomes to continuously improve delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and governance standards.

Required profile

• PMP certification with at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering technical projects at scale in a global environment.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and experience implementing Agile projects.
• Demonstrated change‑management experience or formal training.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business partners.
• Working knowledge of technology integrations, especially CRM/Salesforce.
