Senior Project Manager

About the role

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to act as the primary delivery leader for complex, multi‑disciplinary projects for a key client. The role will maintain direct client interaction, oversee a diverse portfolio that includes facilities, infrastructure, compliance, safety and operational initiatives, and ensure alignment with the client’s business plan and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main JLL point of contact for the client, providing status updates, KPI reporting, risk and issue management, and escalation handling.
• Lead business development activities such as participating in RFP calls.
• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects across facilities, infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing support and operational categories, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety, quality and governance compliance.
• Consolidate project data and produce portfolio‑level reports, dashboards, leadership presentations and risk logs for both client and JLL leadership.
• Facilitate governance meetings, portfolio reviews and client update sessions, tracking actions, decisions and critical path activities.
• Occasionally travel to the client’s site in the United States.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project or construction management, capital projects or facilities delivery.
• At least 5 years of experience leading project teams, coordinating multiple projects and managing cross‑functional resources.
• Proven experience delivering facilities, infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing support, compliance, safety or remediation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management processes including scope development, schedule management, cost tracking, procurement support, risk management, change control, reporting and closeout.
