Senior Project Manager – Digital Production

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end digital production projects for top pharmaceutical brands and other industries. You will coordinate internal agency teams, ensure high‑quality delivery of emails, banners, interactive panels, presentations, websites and apps, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review project requirements, create plans, estimate effort and allocate resources.
• Oversee development, quality assurance and risk management to meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Validate feasibility with agency partners, guide project pipelines and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate scope, cost, schedule, risks and changes clearly to all parties.
• Define and review processes and metrics, propose improvements and corrective actions.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and share best practices.
• Support talent acquisition by conducting interviews when needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of successful project management experience across multiple locations and clients.
• Proven background in digital marketing and/or web development.
• Experience managing resources, timelines, forecasts and deliverables.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
• Preferred: programming or digital design background, Project Management or Scrum Master certification, knowledge of digital production tools.
