Senior Product Engineer – Mechanical

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer (Mechanical) to join our Product Engineering team. You will work on electro‑mechanical connected systems for IVF and assisted reproductive technologies, as well as surgical devices in women’s health.

Key responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and CAPA activities for product complaints.
• Design, develop, and improve components and assemblies using first‑principles, mechanics, fluid/thermodynamics, and mechatronics.
• Define design inputs and outputs, create verification and validation plans, and execute testing.
• Conceptualize, prototype, and evaluate new product ideas, upgrades, and line extensions.
• Develop simulation models, finite‑element analyses, and test fixtures.
• Plan and deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical direction.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in mechanical product design for medical devices.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with IVF/ART or surgical device development is a plus.
