Senior Physical Security Representative

About the role

The Senior Physical Security Representative oversees and implements physical security programs across assigned sites, ensuring compliance with internal policies, client‑specific standards and industry regulations. The role coordinates daily security operations, audits, training and vendor management to protect people, assets and information.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate security observations to the Security Operations team.
• Apply and audit security policies, procedures and standards such as PCI DSS, FFIEC, HIPAA and SOC2.
• Develop training curricula to address identified gaps and deliver employee security awareness programs.
• Maintain relationships with security‑system vendors and manage maintenance contracts.
• Plan and execute semi‑annual fire evacuation drills, including audits and training for emergency response officers.
• Conduct onsite and offsite physical security surveys and produce risk‑assessment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent, preferably in Criminology.
• 1‑3 years of experience in physical security operations or safety management.
• Fluent English and full schedule flexibility.
• Strong professionalism, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain audit findings.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (intermediate proficiency).
