About the role
Cargill is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to support payroll processing tasks and ensure efficient service center operations. The role works independently with limited supervision, focusing on accurate payroll data handling and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and review personal and payroll data for submission to the payroll provider.
- Maintain payroll records, ensuring accuracy of salaries, bank accounts, and employee details.
- Support data quality assurance by verifying payroll variables against company policies.
- Perform routine payroll tasks such as preparing paychecks, direct deposits, and generating payroll reports.
- Research and monitor payroll-related laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant payroll or HR experience.
- B1 level English proficiency.
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel.

- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Copilot Payroll Systems Management)
