Senior Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant

About the role

Coforge is seeking an experienced Senior OTM Consultant to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Transportation Management solutions for global clients. This remote position focuses on delivering end‑to‑end transport functionality, from order management to freight audit, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design transport solutions covering Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, Event Management, Inventory Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments.
• Manage project work packages, change requests, and solution delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, budgets, and DevOps practices.
• Conduct workshops, GAP analysis sessions, solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and provide go‑live support.
• Develop test scenarios, functional documentation, training materials, and solution proposals.
• Provide technical and functional consulting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management and transport or logistics technology consulting.
• Participation in 3–4 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including at least one Agile/DevOps project.
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes such as Order Management, Planning & Execution, Visibility, and Freight Audit.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, perform GAP analysis, and support solution design.
