Senior Manager – Manufacturing Finance

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Manufacturing Finance within its ISC Finance service line. The role combines cost accounting expertise with strong leadership to drive financial performance across global manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end accounting close and financial reporting for multiple sites.
• Lead quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and new product costing initiatives.
• Manage balance‑sheet reconciliations, fixed‑asset accounting, and capital‑project tracking.
• Ensure accurate year‑end financials and tax reporting in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with site stakeholders, business units, and internal finance teams to deliver timely financial data.
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, identify process improvements, and prioritize transformation projects.
• Guide a team of finance professionals, providing training, development, and change‑agent leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cost accounting, manufacturing operations, or process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast‑paced, technology‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
