Senior Manager, Credit & Collections

About the role

The Senior Manager, Credit & Collections provides regional leadership for Envista's Credit and Collections function within Finance and Accounting. This role is responsible for strategy, governance, team performance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute regional credit and collections strategy aligned with cash flow targets and customer experience standards.
• Partner with the Global Process Owner to establish global standards, policies, and KPI frameworks.
• Own performance metrics such as DSO, past‑due aging, bad‑debt exposure, collection effectiveness, and productivity.
• Maintain governance, controls, and compliance for credit approvals, collections activities, and customer terms.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, including automation, process standardisation, root‑cause analysis, and system enhancements.
• Lead organisational design, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement for the Credit & Collections team.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in credit and collections within a large, multi‑site organisation.
• Strong analytical ability to manage performance metrics and drive data‑based decision making.
• Experience establishing governance, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Track record of leading continuous‑improvement projects and process automation.
• Demonstrated capability to develop talent, manage teams, and engage stakeholders.
